Clipper — Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

Clipper is a movie maker for your iPhone. It does not collect, store on a server, or share any information about you. The short version: everything stays on your phone.

Your photos and videos

Clipper asks for access to your Photos library so you can pick clips and photos for a movie. Your originals stay in Photos; Clipper only remembers which ones you used. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.

Your movies

Projects and finished movies are stored in the app on your phone. When you tap Save to Photos, the movie is added to your Photos library. Deleting a movie in Clipper, or deleting the app, removes them.

What we don't do

• No accounts or sign-in.
• No analytics, tracking, or advertising.
• No third-party code that collects data.
• No network connection is needed to make a movie.

Children

Because nothing is collected, Clipper collects no information from children either.

Changes

If this ever changes, this page will be updated and the date above changed.
